CSRA Home Health Agency, Inc. was started in 1979 by H.T. (Tommy) Bradford as a non-profit agency. Our organization has experienced growth through the years and serves ten counties in Georgia. CSRA Home Health –Washington serves the following counties: Wilkes, Lincoln, Elbert, Greene, Morgan, Oglethorpe and Taliaferro. In 1996 we expanded our service to include Columbia County and opened CSRA Home Health Agency-Columbia in Thomson, Georgia. McDuffie, Warren and Columbia counties are included in this location’s service area.
